A beautiful early 2000s skirt suit set. For some reason it gives me Winter Sharpay Evans vibes? It has a mid thigh skirt with a pleated trim poking out from the hem. The waist could be worn high waisted if the measurements fit but I think it's meant to be more of a mid rise just based on the ratio between the waist and the hips. It has a matching blazer with a satin lapel, and a decorative clasp that closes the jacket in the middle. Both pieces are in a beautiful burgundy colour. The blazer has a gorgeous white and burgundy polka dot lining ! So early 2000s. Unfortunately the pockets are purely decorative.
