Fair condition products likely have cosmetic blemishes throughout such as pilling, snags, lint, animal hair, dried dirt, and stains. Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and staining are often found. Fair items are valued for function over form. 
 
With this item, the following damages were observed: 

-Vents on insides of legs have been added, however the threads are loose and coming undone

-One leg has a reinforced gaiter patch sewn on, the other does not

-Loose threads on cuffs
