An truly amazing and rare 1930s hat! Red woven straw. High conical style with an inverted top. A red and white polka dot scarf laces through the front and can tie either under the chin or behind the head (under the hair).
NOTE: Red is a color that computer monitors show differently. The hat is a deep red and perhaps not as bright red as your computer shows.

Best fits: most sizes; sits atop the head rather than down on the head (see measurements)
Circa: Late 1930s / very early 1940s
Condition: Overall very good-excellent. There are a couple of darkened spots on the end of the scarf (see photo), but they aren't terribly distracting.
